📦 1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (construction-grade bricks), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The bricks delivered are damaged, broken in transit, or do not match the confirmed order specification (e.g., wrong size or quantity).
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The bricks are unused and remain in their original condition.

To request a return, please contact us immediately with the following details:

- Photographs of the damaged or incorrect bricks
- Description of the issue

💰 3. Refund Policy
If your return is approved, you may be eligible for one of the following:
- Replacement of the damaged bricks
- Partial refund (in case of minor issues)
- Full refund if a suitable replacement is not available
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or through direct bank transfer.
🚚 4. Return Shipping
In case of approved returns:
- Return pickup will be arranged by Anil Bricks wherever feasible.
- If return pickup is not possible, customers may be requested to arrange transport and will be reimbursed for the reasonable cost, if pre-approved.

- No returns or refunds will be processed for complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns are not accepted for minor color variations or surface textures unless they affect usability.
- Custom orders or bulk orders may not be eligible for return unless there is clear product damage or error on our part.
